Mobile phones have gone from being simple pocket sized phones to sophisticated, pocket sized computers. They are now the mobile equivalent of any fully functional desktop or laptop computer. Mobile application development has also grown, taking advantage of the increasingly more powerful built in processors and hardware. Many of these apps also replicate the desktop versions.
With touchscreen technology came the redesign of mobile phones and perhaps the most popular development of all was the camera. Photo and video editor apps are now capable of handling all our creative, digital, media needs.
There are thousands if not millions of apps available with more being developed in an ever growing marketplace. And we can now use many of our favourite apps on our phones, video editor apps, music editor apps, email editors and organisers, edit our docs and PPT files and more.
